|Recommended: YesGreat Living Experience — I have lived here 3 years now and am very satisfied with my experience. The staff is excellent and always friendly and inviting. The maintenance team is especially great always coming the next day, talking me through the issues and offering helpful advice. The units are overall great quality but have their flaws with pealing floor caulk and wall paint chipping. parking is average and noise is occasional but rare. Overall I recommend.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — The maintenance staff is QUICK. Same-day quick. The office staff is super nice and helpful, and very quick getting back to you, which is huge. The grounds are nice, the pool is amazing probably the best in Austin, to be honest . The only thing I will say is that it seems like some corners were cut with the quality of some of the hardware in the apartments, but that's honestly just nit-picky of me. Other than that, I have zero complaints.
|Recommended: YesNot Perfect But Surely In The Top 10 Of This Area... — I would tell them I do like living here. The office staff is all awesome and friendly which makes a huge difference. The only problem I really have is the parking situation. It's almost impossible as a resident to get parking near the building. Also, I have had to pay 400 as a resident for accidentally parking in a handicap due to no parking and as a single woman, it's not safe parking any further. Otherwise, I love living here.

|Recommended: YesTruly Enjoy Living In Lakewood — From the moment I was added as a resident, the property staff has been excellent in communicating, answering my questions concerns, and acting on my requests. I enjoy living here mainly because the residents are extremely good at keeping to themselves and maintaining a community of luxury living. And for the few residents in my building that I interact with, they are friendly and quiet. I appreciate the cleanliness of the common amenity areas, especially the fitness area and coffee area. The fresh Starbucks coffee is amazing and I am grateful for full access to it. The only concern complaint I have is the lack of consideration on pet owners who consistently fail to pick up after their pets. This community is so beautiful and well kept. It is sad how quickly that one inconsideration can degrade the ability to enjoy the community to its fullest. Overall, it is a great community and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for luxury apartment living.

|Recommended: YesI Enjoy Living Here But... — I really like living at Lakewood. The location is great. The amenities are nice to have. But the parking situation isn't great. There's hardly ever spaces available near your unit and if they are they're compact spaces so it's likely you'll ding your or someone else's car. As far as the units go they're very nice and spacious but the paint could use a bit of tlc. Same with the drywall.
