|Recommended: NoI don't recommend this place
Thank you for your response. I did contact your office to try to negotiate the extremely high charges that were added to my account, but I was told that the amounts had already been finalized and could not be changed. I was not offered any solution, and my account was instead sent to collections with a balance of approximately 5,600.
In addition, the AT T Wi-Fi equipment that was left in the apartment was never returned to me, which created additional inconvenience.
My review reflects my personal experience and the way my situation was handled. I hope this feedback encourages improvements for future residents.
I don't recommend this place….

|Recommended: NoAl principio equivocadamente dejé una buena reseña, pero con el tiempo mi experiencia fue muy decepcionante. El apartamento tenía reparaciones de mala calidad que solo aparentaban estar bien. Además, sufrí constantemente por el ruido del vecino de arriba y la administración nunca resolvió el problema. Más bien para remediar el problema debía moverme de apartamento y pagar como un nuevo contrato. En esa situación seguí allí por 14 meses no renové contrato nuevo y pagaba mes a mes. Los cargos de la renta cambiaban sin una explicación clara y, tras un retraso en el pago a los 15 meses por una situación económica difícil, me desalojaron y me cobraron alrededor de 6,600, una cantidad que considero excesiva. No recomendaría este lugar.

Debido a una situación económica inesperada que enfrenté a los 12 meses que rabié allí no pude pagar a tiempo y me procedieron con el desalojo y posteriormente me cobraron cargos extremadamente altos que considero excesivos e injustificados. El monto total fue de 6,600 algo que no considere justo.Además, durante el tiempo que viví allí tuve problemas constantes con el ruido. El vecino del apartamento de arriba hacía mucho ruido a cualquier hora, afectando mi descanso, y nunca sentí que la administración resolviera el problema de manera efectiva.Otro aspecto que me molestó fue que el monto de la renta cambiaba con frecuencia y los cargos mensuales aumentaban sin que se proporcionara una explicación clara o detallada. Esto hacía muy difícil entender exactamente qué estaba pagando cada mes.En mi opinión, la administración mostró muy poca disposición para ayudar a un residente que atravesaba una dificultad temporal.No lo recomiendo.
