|Recommended: YesClean And Polite Staff With A Warm Welcome. — The staff and maintenance are polite and quick to help you address any issue that you have, the grounds are clean and maintained, and it has been a pleasant stay so far.
|Recommended: YesPhenomenal Staff. The Kind Of People To Get Stuff Done. — Only issue is the parking. Compact cars should only be in designated spots. But that is arbitrary. The office personal is absolutely outstanding. Kudos to them and maintenance.

|Recommended: YesThe Lakewood Apartment’s Review — Everything is wonderful here , I feel safe , they have options on the parking and I love that it’s gated but I’ve noticed when I get off work there is people waiting at the gate in there car for someone to open the gate because they don’t have any other way of getting in, but aside from that it’s really quiet and peaceful. I would recommend that if anyone wants a peaceful and safe living environment then this would be that place , I love it here
|Recommended: YesNice Place — It is a good place to live, the only drawback is that in some buildings and hallways the neighbors leave their garbage outside their doors for several days and the administration does not say anything.

They made the application process painless as possible. 3 days and i was in I was approved and thats not it .. when i put in a maintenance request it’s done immediately. Usually that same day. I absolutely recommend living here. If you haven’t seen the pool let that be your first stop.

|Recommended: YesClean And Quiet — It is a quiet and clean property with neighbors willing to help. Security is priority and the only time it gets a bit noisy is when the lawn people are doing some grass cutting.

|Recommended: YesOver All, Good Experience Living Here. — Living here is good. There are a few problems like having noisy neighbors, but what apartment doesn't have that Maintenance is great. super timely, and always quick with fixes, or good at communicating if the problem is not an easy fix. Parking is hit or miss. I have been waiting months to be able to upgrade to covered parking but it is first come first serve so there was no availability. It can be discouraging to have guests stay as they have to register to park, but that that also means better parking for residents and keeping complex safe from people who aren't residents. Office staff are great, when they answer. They are generally knowledgeable and helpful, but it can be hard to get ahold of them or ask questions sometimes. 3 huge dog parks, and are very pet friendly. Everyone seems neighborly, and overall a good complex I would say is well worth making a home.
