|Recommended: YesReview — Overall above satisfied with apartment - staff in particular have been helpful and responsive every time they have been needed.
Only nitpicks are cleanliness of apartment hallways stairs due to residents, noise levels sometimes of residents in open areas and children playing loudly directly in apartment hallways stairs, and gates sometimes being unreliable and new system still not having gate codes established

|Recommended: YesFriendly And Helpful Staff — We were in search for a great apartment Pricing and amenities were all around within the same ballpark for almost all the apartments we went to in the area. However, what set Lakewood apart was its very friendly and helpful staff, that was happy to answer all and any of our questions. Highly recommended Their pool is also a HUGE plus.
